Introduction of High Speed SIM Card Personalization Machine:
HSP-12000 is a high-speed SIM card personalization device specially designed for writing personalized data to IC chips. The equipment adopts dual card entry, dual write card, and dual card exit modes, thus doubling the overall production capacity and significantly improving production efficiency.
The device is equipped with 16 writing stations, and each station supports dual-card operation, so data can be written to 32 cards at the same time. At the same time, the laser printing function supports simultaneous printing of two cards, greatly improving printing efficiency.
In addition, HSP-12000 supports online card replacement function, which can efficiently handle chip data writing, card surface laser marking and information verification of various telecommunications cards, making it suitable for large-volume personalized production needs.

Card writing mechanism
Equipped with 1, 2, or 4 programming stations (depending on the number of chips).
128 programming stations can work simultaneously.
Flipping mechanism
Three sets of double-station flipping mechanisms.
Through simple configuration in the control software, the three sets of flipping mechanisms can be independently enabled or disabled.
Card output mechanisme
Four card output bins, automatic replacement.
Equipped with a card replacement turntable, it works with the card ejection mechanism to complete the real-time online card replacement function.
