Introduction of DOD Card Issuing System
The ECI-H high-speed DOD device integrates smart card data writing, DOD inkjet printing and automatic card receiving and sending functions, which can greatly simplify the production process. By integrating these functions, the equipment reduces the need for manual intervention and improves production efficiency and automation.
The equipment is equipped with dual DOD printing modules and dual buffer modules to ensure that the front and back of the card are printed without intervals, thereby significantly improving the printing speed and overall production efficiency. This design enables the equipment to cope with the needs of mass production and meet the efficiency requirements of modern production lines.
In addition to manual intervention in batch card loading and card collection, the rest of the entire production process, such as card issuance, card writing, printing, flipping, and card collection, are all completed automatically by the machine. The equipment is not only highly reliable and efficient, but also supports flexible secondary development to meet the needs of different customers and markets.
